Mystery shopping company, Shopper Anonymous recently embarked on some research to uncover what their clients think of their mystery shopping service and the feedback provided.
In a first of its kind research, Shopper Anonymous uncovered that 100% of its sample clients rated their service as excellent or very good.
In addition to the popular mystery shopping service, Shopper Anonymous also offers customer service training and business mentoring.
This month, Shopper Anonymous launches the UK’s very first Mystery Shopping Franchise to meet the demand from the growing number of businesses requesting their services.
“We help good businesses become great businesses,” explains Jonathan Winchester, Managing Director of Shopper Anonymous. “Part of the reason we embarked on the market research was to find out how our service was perceived. We are delighted that the results were so positive and I am excited for the future of Shopper Anonymous as we open our doors to franchisees.”
The business will be looking for individuals with specific skills in order to qualify for one of the 25 franchise zones earmarked throughout the UK. “Our franchisees need to be smart, comfortable with public speaking and have good management skills,” adds Jonathan. “A vast proportion of our business relies on these skills and while we will be providing a comprehensive training programme, support and operations manual, there are certain qualities that our franchisees will need to bring to the mix.”
Shopper Anonymous franchisees will be providing a tailored service which empowers the client to make informed strategic decisions to improve their business. A detailed customised analysis of customer service gets to the route of what changes need to be made in order for that business to become more successful.
“Our turnover has increased by around 300% in the last 3 years showing a consistent increase in demand,” says Jonathan. This is an exciting, evolving industry which suits individuals who are keen to own a business in a developing market estimated to be worth £25 million in the UK and rising rapidly year on year.
The franchise costs just £27,000 and includes full training, operations manual, access to established systems and launch marketing support. To request a prospectus email franchise@shopperanonymous.co.uk or call 01424 858230 for more information.
