Based in Keston near Bromley, Kelly Farthing and Natalie Sharpless boast a wealth of customer service experience spanning both their careers.
Kelly spent 18 years in various management positions for Virgin Megastores before moving on to manage the Customer Service department covering both stores and the website until its demise in 2009. She then went on to run the Membership Department of a professional Institute for the Secretarial and Administration Management sector before joining Natalie at Shopper Anonymous Kent. Kelly has sound operational and management skills and a desire to replicate her experience in mystery shopping and how excellent customer service can achieve sales across any industry.
Natalie also spent 10 years in various management positions for Virgin Megastores prior to moving onto front desk and Office Management in blue chip companies. She joined Shopper Anonymous, Kent in April 2012. Natalie boasts excellent customer service and operational management skills. Having experience of mystery shopping in her previous roles, she has an in-depth knowledge of mystery shopping programmes and the values they can add to as business
