Cavendish Bakery has been supplying Eastbourne with bakery products for the past 35 years. With two stores and a rapidly growing web ordering business Karen Hurst, Retail Sales Manager, felt she needed consistent feedback to ensure the teams’ customer service and sales skills were as fresh as the daily loaf that comes from the oven.

“We really just want to know that the service is consistent across the branches. We feel delivering good consistent service is the most important aspect of our business and the reports we receive from Shopper Anonymous are always eagerly awaited by the teams”, commented Karen.

“Over the past year we have seen the standards improve and that has been reflected by the money in the till. If we can deliver a warm friendly experience to every customer we know we shall be around for another 35 years”.
