Over a seven-year period, Jonathan Winchester built one of the largest customer service feedback companies within Australia and New Zealand. Born in East Sussex Jonathan started his career at Harrods in London on the management training program. His experience within retail, especially through service and quality improvement programs with other employers, enabled Jonathan to establish Shopper Anonymous, when he moved to Australia in 1994.

As well as running Shopper Anonymous, Jonathan is well known for his sound business advice and training seminars. More than 2,000 staff have gained vital skills and experience through Jonathan’s training seminars and more than 10,000 have heard him speak at Conferences.

Sue Ford

Customer Relationship Manager · sue.ford@shopperanonymous.co.uk

Sue Ford joined Shopper Anonymous early in 2007 and has been closely involved in the growth and development of the company across the UK.

Kylee Charles

Business Development Manager · kylee.charles@shopperanonymous.co.uk

With a background in Economic Development, Kylee joined Shopper Anonymous in May 2008.

Chichester District Council’s Economic Development Service provided Kylee with the foundation she needed to begin understanding the challenges local businesses were facing, and after 5 years took up post as Economic Development Advisor with the West Sussex Economic Partnership.

Born in Chichester, West Sussex, Kylee has always stayed local to the area and sees this as strength when working with businesses in the South. Kylee is keen to offer support and assistance to businesses through Shopper Anonymous’ programmes and is passionate about supporting independent and family owned businesses. As Business Development Manager, her role requires her involvement with a variety of businesses representing different sectors, which she loves.

Graham Seymour

Managing Director – Kent · graham.seymour@shopperanonymous.co.uk

Born in Dartford, Kent, Graham has enjoyed a rounded career both within the public and private sectors. His early career in Central Government as an IT practitioner and Computer Auditor positioned him well for his later, Senior Management, roles in Financial Services in the City. Graham worked in the NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland and Coutts Groups, specialising in systems, controls, system development and change management.

Before starting Shopper Anonymous Kent, Graham’s last role was as the IT Director for a local Insurance Intermediary, where he was able to use his passion for customer service to great effect. Graham was lucky to have the opportunity to take on the first franchise of Shopper Anonymous in Kent, where he is now supporting some fantastic independent businesses and loving the job satisfaction that comes from supporting their increased success!

Jim Smith

Managing Director – Surrey · jim.smith@shopperanonymous.co.uk

Born and educated in Bromley, Jim has always lived in the South East of England.

His career started in retail management with Debenhams, moved into sales, and latterly into management, training and internal consultancy roles in a number of industries including Finance, Insurance and Telecommunications.

In that time, Jim has built up a specialist knowledge of sales, management, customer care and cultural change skills, and has applied them to large corporates and small businesses alike. His last role, before starting Shopper Anonymous Surrey, involved the review and improvement of small business units within a finance group – from strategy and marketing improvements through to performance management, sales and individual/team skill development.

Having trained some seven separate sales forces, and their supporting customer care teams, he is passionate about businesses maximising their ‘air’ time with existing and potential customers, by giving the best possible service, but at the same time increasing sales.

This knowledge was supplemented in 2004 with a Masters Degree pass in Business Administration (MBA).
