Over a seven-year period, Jonathan Winchester built one of the largest customer service feedback companies within Australia and New Zealand. The business offered more than 1,000 businesses customer service feedback on a regular basis. In 2006, having moved back to the UK, Jonathan established Shopper Anonymous UK.
Born in East Sussex Jonathan started his career at Harrods in London on the management training program. His experience within retail, especially through service and quality improvement programs with other employers, enabled Jonathan to establish Shopper Anonymous, when he moved to Australia in 1994.
As well as running Shopper Anonymous, Jonathan is well known for his sound business advice and training seminars. More than 2,000 staff have gained vital skills and experience through Jonathan’s training seminars and more than 10,000 have heard him speak at Conferences.
Sue Ford

Sue Ford joined Shopper Anonymous early in 2007 and has been closely involved in the growth and development of the company across the UK.
Sue is responsible for the operational management of the business, liaising with clients, providing a central service to franchisees, training and organising teams of shoppers from the north of Scotland to the West Country. She has extensive experience of Human Resources Management in both the public and private sectors and has also worked in researching and writing for consumer publications.
Graham Seymour

Born in Dartford, Kent, Graham has enjoyed a rounded career both within the public and private sectors. His early career in Central Government as an IT practitioner and Computer Auditor positioned him well for his later, Senior Management, roles in Financial Services in the City. Graham worked in the NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland and Coutts Groups, specialising in systems, controls, system development and change management.
Before starting Shopper Anonymous Sussex, Graham was lucky to have the opportunity to take on the first franchise of Shopper Anonymous in Kent, where he supported the increased success of some fantastic independent businesses. He is now enjoying bringing this success to East and West Sussex.
Jim Smith

His career started in retail management with Debenhams, moved into sales, and latterly into management, training and internal consultancy roles in a number of industries including Finance, Insurance and Telecommunications.
In that time, Jim has built up a specialist knowledge of sales, management, customer care and cultural change skills, and has applied them to large corporates and small businesses alike. His last role, before starting Shopper Anonymous Surrey, involved the review and improvement of small business units within a finance group – from strategy and marketing improvements through to performance management, sales and individual/team skill development.
Having trained some seven separate sales forces, and their supporting customer care teams, he is passionate about businesses maximising their ‘air’ time with existing and potential customers, by giving the best possible service, but at the same time increasing sales.
This knowledge was supplemented in 2004 with a Masters Degree pass in Business Administration (MBA).
Nick Siragher

Born and bred in Cambridge, Nick Siragher started working in retail while still at school, selling fruit and veg on Cambridge Market Square. His experience in providing the best possible customer service on the market has influenced his whole career.
For the last 20 years Nick has been involved in Customer Relationship Management and sales force automation. As well as developing high-end CRM systems in the financial, pharmaceutical and automotive systems, Nick has written two books on the subject and is a guest lecturer on the diploma course of the Institute of Data Managers.
In recent years Nick has been in demand as a consultant and management coach and has undertaken a major project for eBay, helping them understand their major sellers and how to work effectively with them.
Sonia Singh

Sonia has lived in the Midlands area for over 20 years and is very familiar with the diverse businesses and opportunities the area has to offer.
Having started her career working with small businesses in the Health & Skin care industry, she soon moved on to work for several large international companies such as L’Oreal. These roles involved helping businesses improve their sales and customer service skills and overall growth.
She has also successfully owned various businesses, primarily in the aesthetic and medical skincare industry where customer service skills were of paramount importance.
She has worked with various businesses over the past 18 years.
Her various roles have given her a key set of specialist skills in management, training, sales, customer service and professional business development.
She is passionate about working in partnership with businesses, helping them to grow, improve their services and become more successful.
Mark Sharpless

Born in Sidcup, Kent, Mark has come from a Building Maintenance and Facilities Management Background. His career started as an apprentice engineer and worked his way up to Contracts Manager. In this role Mark managed a large team of facilities support staff and an impressive portfolio of properties and clients throughout the country. These clients have included managing agents such as Workman and DTZ.
Mark has also managed prestigious clients such as the head office for P&O and The Honorable Company Of Haberdashers where the highest standards of service were expected as the norm.
Mark comes to Shopper Anonymous Kent with a wealth of knowledge that includes managing client relationships, improving customer service and increasing profitability through higher standards.
Vicki Collins
Financial Manager
Vicky joined Shopper Anonymous in January 2011 and has over 20 years experience in book keeping, accounts and payroll for the smaller independent businesses, whilst also running her own business. Vicky is responsible for the Customers, Shoppers and Suppliers and ensures that all the accounts are up to date for both Shopper Anonymous and Shopper Franchise and also on the management accounts.

Simon Mumford
Mystery Shopping Applications Manager.
Simon is employed by Bio Medical Computing Ltd a service provider to Shopper Anonymous. Simon joined the Bio Medical team in 2002, having completed his HND at the University of Brighton the previous year. At the time, BioMedical Computing Ltd was expanding its skill set and needed someone to focus on developing web applications. The majority of our projects today are of this type and Simon has developed a number of websites, along the way learning various new programming languages and techniques. He is now a specialist in .NET web applications. Simon manages the bespoke mystery shopping application that is at the heart of Shopper Anonymous.
